Beginner Salsa Foundations – New Series Starting May 5th in the Bronx!
Ready to learn salsa from the ground up? Our Beginner Salsa Foundations program is designed specifically for adults with little to no experience who want to build a strong, confident foundation in salsa dancing.
In this 4-week series, you'll learn:
Basic timing and rhythm – Understand the music and stay on beat
Essential footwork – Master the core steps that form the building blocks of salsa
Lead and follow technique – Learn how to connect with a partner and move together comfortably
